Submitting an inquiry or request through the website does not create an order or contract. Any vouchers or gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable issuer. Except as expressly agreed in writing, Veritas Horizon LLC acts as a distributor and coordinator and is not the manufacturer or producer of the products it sources or distributes.

Veritas Horizon LLC claims no ownership of, and asserts no rights in, any third-party marks.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the website are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the dispute resolution section below, you agree that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute that proceeds in court will be the state and federal courts located in the State of Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

If a dispute is not resolved within a reasonable period after notice, the parties may pursue available remedies subject to these Terms and applicable law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any claim must be brought within one year after the claim arises, and you agree that any dispute will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action.

18. General Provisions

These Terms, together with the Privacy Notice and any other notices posted on the website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Veritas Horizon LLC regarding the website and supersede any prior agreements on that subject. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
